Job Overview

This position also requires excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills; a criminal-free record and prior security, military or police experience preferred. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Requirements

• Act 235 is required.
• Prior security experience is required.
• Proven experience in law enforcement, military service, or related fields is a plus.
• Certifications such as First Aid, CPR, and surveillance training are highly desirable.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert over extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Ability to pass background checks and maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

Degree or working towards a degree in Criminal Justice or equivalent security, military or police experience, preferably in a college/university environment a plus.

Must pass: Background, drug screen and fingerprint check.
