Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of residential armed security experience required.
• Valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC).
• Valid 40-Hour Firearm Training Certificate.
• Valid Illinois FOID Card.
• Valid government-issued photo ID or driver's license.
• Must be a United States citizen and provide proof of citizenship.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular interior and exterior foot patrols of the property.
• Monitor the premises for suspicious activity and unauthorized persons.
• Respond promptly and professionally to alarms and emergencies.
• Enforce property rules and company policies.
• Complete accurate daily activity logs and incident reports.
• Control access to the property and verify authorized entry.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and guests.

This position requires conducting foot patrols throughout the property, maintaining a strong security presence, responding to incidents, and providing exceptional customer service to residents and visitors.

Applicants must be available to work afternoons, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
• Enforce property rules and company policies.
• Complete accurate daily activity logs and incident reports.
• Control access to the property and verify authorized entry.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents, guests, and staff.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Work closely with local law enforcement and emergency personnel when necessary.
