Job summary

Allied Universal® seeks an Armed Security Officer for a full-time role in Arlington, VA. You will patrol facilities, deter unauthorized activity, and respond to incidents with professional communication and strict adherence to site procedures.

The position requires an active DoD Secret Clearance, an armed guard card/license, and a high school diploma. You will work a full-time schedule with continuous training and access to additional shifts through Smart Tools and a benefits program.

Qualifications

• Provide security services and customer support at an aerospace/defense site.
• Conduct armed patrols and monitor access points per site procedures.
• Prepare incident reports and daily activity logs with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of facilities, access points, and perimeters.
• Monitor access control and verify credentials and entry requirements.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate observations to supervision.
