Job summary

Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking an Armed Security Officer in Oklahoma City to protect critical facilities and public venues.

You will be part of a highly trained security team, performing patrols, monitoring access, and enforcing post orders to safeguard people and assets. You’ll be trained by our team of firearms instructors in safe weapons handling and marksmanship, with opportunities for growth within a family-owned security company emphasizing employee development and career

Qualifications

• Citizenship: U.S. citizen.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Preferred: 1 year security experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct constant or frequent surveillance of secured areas.
• Monitor entrances and logs, ensuring proper documentation.
• Respond to alarms and incidents per post orders.
• Perform interior and exterior patrols of facilities.
• Log visitors, vehicles, and vendors; issue visitor badges.
• Coordinate with management during emergencies and incidents.
