Allied Universal in Honolulu is seeking an Armed Security Officer to protect clients across Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more. You will carry out safety procedures, respond to incidents, and perform regular patrols around the premises.

Minimums include 21 years of age, a high school diploma or GED, a valid Hawaii driver’s license, and firearm credentials. Strong English communication, background checks, and pre-employment screenings are required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or GED or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Valid Hawaii driver’s license or equivalent.
• Legally eligible to possess, carry, transport, and handle firearm.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Able to complete initial pre-employment medical and physical examination.

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; adjust to client site conditions.
