Qualifications

• 4+ years military experience or active/retired law enforcement preferred.
• Must hold a current New Jersey SORA license and a firearm permit.

• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass all required background screenings and maintain licenses and permits.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the assigned property to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Observe, identify, and report suspicious activity or security concerns.
• Complete accurate incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Enforce site rules, security procedures, and post orders.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and security-related situations.
• Maintain a professional presence while providing customer service and client support.
