Job summary

NPS Protective Service, LLC is seeking highly professional Armed Security Officers to protect people, property, and assets in the Millington, TN metro area. Officers will maintain a visible presence, deter crime, and respond to emergencies to ensure client safety.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old and legally eligible to work.
• Valid Armed Security Guard License issued by Tennessee.
• Pass background check, drug screening, and fingerprinting as required by Tennessee law.
• Strong communication, observation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to stand or patrol for extended periods and work in varying environmental conditions.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional training or military/law enforcement background preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and fingerprinting as required by Tennessee law.

• Ability to stand or patrol for extended periods and work in various environmental conditions.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
