GardaWorld Security Services in Nashville is seeking an Armed Tactical Security Officer to patrol diverse environments, assess risks, and act decisively to protect people and property.

The position requires standing and moving throughout shifts, valid work authorization in the U.S., and a high school diploma or GED. GardaWorld offers full-time hours, a daytime schedule, health benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must have Military, or 6 months Law Enforcement, or 6 months Armed Corrections in employment background.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have a valid Driver License and clean Motor Vehicle Report.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
• First aid certification is an asset.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

As an Armed Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

• Site Location: Nashville, Tennessee
• Set schedule: Full Time. Monday through Thursday. 10am to 3pm. Friday. 9am to 2pm.
