Job summary

TriCorps in Naples, FL is hiring Part-Time Armed Security Officers to protect people and property on client sites. You will monitor access, patrol premises, and respond to incidents while upholding professional standards.

Candidates must hold Florida Class D and Class G licenses, have at least five years of security, military, or law enforcement experience, and demonstrate reliability, judgment, and communication skills. Shifts include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet all applicable firearm, training, and licensing requirements.
• Strong communication, observation, and report-writing skills.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Ability to remain alert and professional throughout the assigned shift.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols and inspections to identify potential safety or security concerns.
• Protect employees, visitors, facilities, and other designated assets.
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to employees, visitors, and guests.
• Enforce site-specific rules, regulations, and procedures consistently and respectfully.
• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, alarms, and calls for service.
• Document and report all observations, activities, and incidents accurately.
• Collaborate with management and clients to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
