These positions cover a wide range of posts and duties to include property protection, theft deterrence, observing/ reporting in apartment complexes, retail stores, mailing facilities, and many more.

Shift Info

• Location: Lothian MD.
• Pay Rate: $23 / Hour.
• Shifts: Part Time
• Days: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• Positions Available: One position available.

Basic Requirements

• You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or at least 5 years of verifiable work experience.
• You must be at least 18 years of age (21 for armed positions).
• You must have an MD Security Guard Card.
• You must have an MD Wear and Carry Permit.

Core Skills

We’re looking for people with strong verbal and written communication skills who are comfortable interacting with the public. You should be an active listener with excellent problem‑solving skills, able to quickly and accurately assess and evaluate any situation. Excellent conflict resolution skills and a tactful approach are also essential.

Additionally, you should be comfortable operating radio, telephone equipment, and console monitors. Strong attention to detail and the ability to write clearly and accurately are also essential.
