Job summary

Sync Public Safety LLC is seeking professional security officers to provide top-tier security and customer service at client sites in Charlotte and surrounding areas. Officers will be responsible for indoor and outdoor patrols, detailed reporting, and rapid response to incidents.

Applicants must hold an NC Armed Guard License or related credentials, a valid driver’s license, and pass drug and background checks. 12-hour shifts are common; VP duties include professional, courteous service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• HS Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Must be a US citizen, naturalized citizen, or permanent resident.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior security and customer service at client sites.
• Perform indoor and outdoor patrols.
• Create detailed incident and activity reports.
• Respond quickly and accurately to incidents and emergencies.
• Follow prescribed standard operating procedures for basic emergency responses.
• Administer necessary emergency medical care.
• Complete records and reports as required.

Job description

Position Responsibilities:

Our professional officers are here to provide superior physical security services at our client's site(s). They demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Must be computer literate
• Must be familiar with badging system
• Performance according to post orders
• Indoor/Outdoor Patrols
• Creating detailed reports on activity/incidents
• Responding to occurances with speed and accuracy
• Following prescribed standard operating procedures for basic emergency responses
• Administers necessary emergency medical care
• Completes records, reports and other information as required
• Must be able to physically perform the basic life operational functions of climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, puling, lifting, grasping, feeling and repetitive motions.

Qualifications:

• NC Armed Guard License
• Valid Driver's License with clean history
• Minimum 2 year of relevant security experience
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
• Must have a HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Must be a US citizen, Naturalized Citizen or Permanent Resident

You will be required to be on your feet for 12-hour shifts. We are looking for dependable, professional and courteous officers.
