Job summary

Constellis is seeking Armed Security Guards for 24/7 operations at facilities in the Chantilly and Tysons Corner VA areas. Multiple full-time shifts are available for individuals with a Full Scope Polygraph and TS/SCI with FSP clearance, ready to join a growing team in a large organization with career growth potential.

Shifts run 6pm–6am for 12 hours. Responsibilities include access control, incident response, and adherence to Use of Force policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and multi-task with little supervision.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must pass criminal, credit, and driving record checks.
• Must complete training and obtain CPR, First Aid/AED.

Responsibilities

• Control access to facilities by monitoring security equipment and inspecting vehicles.
• Respond to incidents on base using appropriate escalation of force up to armed response.
• Respond to emergencies including fire, medical, bomb threats, or hazardous materials.
• Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity.
• Maintain proficiency with all equipment and weapon systems.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are currently seeking Armed Security Guards to support the 24/7 operations of multiple customer facilities (GVA), located in the Chantilly and Tysons Corner VA areas. Various full-time shifts are available for enthusiastic individuals who currently possess a Full Scope Polygraph, (TS/SCI with FSP), and are looking to become part of an expanding team within a large organization that can offer career growth potential.

6pm-6am 12-hour shifts only.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Control access to facilities by monitoring sureequipment, inspecting vehicles, and ensuring all personnel entering the basehave the proper identification.
• Respond to situations on base using the appropriate escalation of force level up to and including armed by following established Use of Force Policy.
• Responds to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents that may occur during day or night.
• Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity.
• Maintains proficiency and safety in the use of all assigned equipment, control devices, and weapon system.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Qualified candidates must possess at least 6 months experience in either Law Enforcement,
• Department Corrections, Security, or the United States Armed Forces.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and able to multi -ask with little assistance.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and able to interpret documents to ensure all rules and procedures are applied.
• Successfully pass criminal, credit, and driving record checks.
• Must be able to pass all training and obtain required certifications to include CPR, First Aid/AED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Current TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly clearance.
• While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to sit, talk, or hear, stand, walk, use hands to handle, drive a motor vehicle, or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
• The employee occasionally lifts and/or moves up to 25 pounds.
• Inside and outside of facilities, moderate to extreme temperatures. May require travel between facilities.
