PalAmerican Security is seeking an Armed Security Guard for a part-time role, Thursdays and Fridays from 11:00 to 22:00. The position focuses on maintaining safety, enforcing rules, and delivering excellent customer care at the assigned site in Salt Lake City.

The ideal candidate holds an active armed security license, is 21+, and has at least one year of related experience along with a high school diploma or equivalent. Expect continuous training and a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a physical presence within the facility as a visible deterrent to illegal activity
• Provide superior customer care to enhance the facility's atmosphere
• Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports
• Prevent unauthorized access to the area and items within
• Maintain the security and safety of the assigned site through regular patrols
• Actively enforce rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Respond to emergency situations and provide security assistance
• Engage with the public to offer assistance and directions
• Monitor closed-circuit television for potential issues
