Job summary

Precision Security Team is seeking professional Armed Security Guards to join our team in Northern Colorado. This role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with day, swing, and overnight shifts, serving diverse clients while maintaining a visible, professional security presence.

The position requires firearms proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to operate under pressure. We provide training, emphasize safety, and offer benefits for eligible employees in a dynamic security

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Previous armed security experience preferred
• Military or law enforcement background strongly encouraged
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a background check, MVR, and drug screening
• CPR certified (or willing to complete provided training)
• Reliable personal transportation (public transit/rideshare not permitted for firearm transport)
• Able to safely use, maintain, operate, and manipulate a firearm, handcuffs, and other issued gear
• Able to wear a duty belt and exterior tactical vest (position-specific) for the duration of assigned shifts
• Able to stand or walk for up to 8-12 hours at a time
• Able to get in and out of a vehicle frequently throughout the shift (position-specific)
• Able to pass the company’s basic hand-to-hand defensive skills course
• Strong communication and situational awareness

Compensation: $22.57–$27.00/hour (based on site assignment)

As an Armed Security Guard, you'll play an important role in protecting people, property, and assets while maintaining a visible and professional security presence. Responsibilities include monitoring assigned locations, responding to incidents, and helping ensure a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and the public.

Note: We provide security coverage around the clock, every day of the year. Team flexibility is key, and consistent, dependable attendance is required under our zero-tolerance attendance policy.
