• Provide superior customer care to enhance the facility's atmosphere
• Maintain logs and write detailed incident reports
• Patrol the site regularly to ensure security
• Respond to emergencies and provide security assistance
• Engage with the public to offer directions and support
• Monitor CCTV for potential issues
