Job summary

Allied Universal®, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking an Armed Security Officer to serve and safeguard clients across industries including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education and Government. This role offers weekly pay and a competitive hourly wage of $27.32.

Requirements include a Texas armed guard license, a valid driver’s license, and being 21 years of age or older. You will perform safety procedures, respond to incidents, and patrol sites.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• State of Texas Commission - Armed Guard Card/License required.
• Background checks and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

Job Description

As an Armed Security Officer you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more.

PAY: $27.32 per Hour

WEEKLY PAY!

Must posses:

• State of Texas Commission - Armed Guard Card/License
• Valid Driver's License with 1 year driving history
• Minimum of 21 years of age (or higher if required by the state)
• Must be able to qualify for a Government Security Clearance to access classified, sensitive, or national security information

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of three (3) years of Law Enforcment, Military, or provate armed security experience
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universalwill consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry specific security/safety training programs
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

*A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only
