The role focuses on surveillance, access control, and incident reporting while maintaining professional conduct. You will work with a team to monitor and secure the post location, respond to incidents per protocol, and support client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Observes, reports and supports client expectations
• Reports breaches per applicable methods
• Utilizes scheduling platform for clock-ins/clock-outs
• Evaluates and responds to alerts with professionalism
• Alerts Supervisor on Duty when escalation is required
• Assists fellow guards with de-escalation
• Follows fire prevention and incident reporting procedures
• Maintains safety and security of assigned client, visitors and property
• Adheres to company service and operating standards
