Job summary

Qualifications

• Intermediate computer skills to operate scheduling and reporting tools.
• Ability to handle crisis situations at client sites calmly and efficiently.

• Background check and drug screen required by employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by enforcing safety procedures and site policies, and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular patrols and maintain perimeter security at client sites.
• Coach, mentor, and evaluate security officers; support performance management.
• Utilize scheduling software to produce and analyze reports for management.
