Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors while following security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances in a calm, professional manner per reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of the retail location, including sales and receiving areas, parking lots, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports in compliance with laws and post orders.
