Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors and individuals at a government corrections location while following post orders.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, grounds, and access points to identify hazards and violations.
• Respond to incidents calmly, report incidents and follow escalation procedures.
• Monitor restricted access areas, verify credentials, and document activity and patrols.
• Communicate with facility personnel and law enforcement regarding security concerns.
