Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer to protect clients across industries including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education and Government. You will patrol designated areas, monitor access controls, and respond to incidents with calm, professional judgment.

Eligible candidates should be 21+, have a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years verifiable experience), and pass background and drug screenings.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check required by federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
