Job summary

Surefox North America Inc seeks an experienced Residential Security Team Lead (Armed) in Los Angeles, CA, to guide the Residential Security team and ensure client safety at private residences. You will enforce policies, manage patrols, and coordinate with clients and other teams.

Qualifications include CA CCW/Exposed Firearms permits, CA Guard Card, and the ability to pass extensive background checks and SPAT. Night/weekend availability and potential domestic/international work are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid California CCW permit with no work restrictions.
• Must hold a California Exposed Firearms permit.
• Must hold a valid California Guard Card (BSIS).
• Background check and drug screening required; SPAT completion required.

Responsibilities

• Enforce post orders, SOPs, confidentiality, and Use of Force policies.
• Lead and schedule the Residential Security team; liaise with clients and other teams.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and access points; log all residence activity.
