Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must complete armed training and maintain a valid pistol permit.
• Valid driver’s license and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets company approved driver standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform patrols to improve safety and detect security concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify IDs.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies per protocol.
• Maintain logs of activities and observations.
• Assist visitors and employees with professional service.
• Enforce SEI/client policies (smoking, loitering, parking).
• Maintain a clean, pressed uniform and professional appearance.
