Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Armed Driver Patrol Observation in Donna, TX to protect a busy retail grocery location. You will drive patrols, deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service while following post orders.

An armed guard card/license and a valid driver’s license are required, with Level III Texas certification preferred. The role is full-time with daytime/evening hours and a pay rate of $14.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Armed Guard Card or License required.
• Valid driver’s license required per policy.
• Level III Armed Certification in Texas required.
• State/county/city security license preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Must be 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store personnel while carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner following post orders.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of the retail location including floors, parking, entrances, and perimeter.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and document observations and incidents accurately.
• Maintain a professional presence and assist with access control and customer or employee requests.
