Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Armed Mobile Patrol Driver in Brownsville, TX. This full-time role involves armed patrols, customer service, and incident response to protect customers and property.

You will perform regular patrols, monitor for hazards, and coordinate with local authorities as needed. A valid TX Level III Armed Certification and driver’s license are required. Evening schedules are typical.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in security or retail settings.
• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess Level III Armed Certification in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel following armed security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols in retail areas, parking lots, and perimeter.
• Monitor for suspicious behavior and document observations for follow-up.
• Assist with access control and coordination with local law enforcement when appropriate.
