Job summary

TriCorps is hiring an Armed Level III Security Officer to protect transit centers in El Paso, Texas. The role focuses on vigilance, professional conduct, and keeping passengers and staff safe in a public environment.

You will work with local law enforcement, monitor access points, conduct patrols, respond to incidents, and enforce safety protocols across multiple shifts, including evenings and weekends. A Texas PSB Level III Armed License is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Texas PSB Level III License (Armed Security Officer).
• Experience in a public transit environment preferred; strong observational skills required.

Responsibilities

This role is based in a public transit environment and focuses on maintaining the safety and security of passengers, staff, and facilities through vigilance, communication, and proactive response. Officers will work closely with local law enforcement and transportation personnel to ensure a secure and welcoming environment for all.
