Job summary

TriCorps is seeking an Armed Level III Security Officer for the Laredo, Texas area. The role requires guarding client properties, controlling access, and responding to emergencies while delivering exceptional service.

Candidates must hold an active Texas PSB Level III Armed License, with a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and CPR/First Aid/AED certifications. The position includes full-time and part-time shifts with day, night, weekend, and holiday availability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to client properties, ensuring authorized entry and maintaining a safe environment.
• Provide courteous assistance to employees, visitors, and vendors while upholding TriCorps’ professional standards.
• Enforce site rules, regulations, and procedures with consistency and fairness.
• Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, coordinating with management or local authorities when needed.
• Conduct patrols and inspections to deter potential safety or security concerns.
• Prepare accurate and detailed reports documenting daily activities, observations, and incidents.
• Support management and client directives to maintain consistent, high-quality service delivery.
