Allied Universal® is hiring an Armed Security Officer Flex to safeguard client sites across multiple industries. You will leverage our shift-pickup platform to build a schedule that fits your availability, gaining site experience and growth opportunities.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license if driving, and compliance with background checks and drug screening. Excellent communication and alertness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check and drug screening as required by law.
• Must be 18+ (21+ if armed) and able to adapt to different posts.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor entrances and exits and restrict access as required by client post orders.
• Respond to alarms and coordinate with police or fire departments as needed.
• Observe and report unusual conditions and write detailed incident reports.
