Job summary

Clark International is seeking a professional, self-driven Executive Security Officer for a corporate environment. The ESO will provide high-level security, threat response, and team leadership while maintaining physical fitness and pistol certification aligned with standard qualifications.

Preferred candidates have law enforcement or executive protection experience and a background in emergency response, plus military leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Law enforcement or related experience required or preferred.
• Experience in close protection or executive security roles.
• Background in emergency response teams is desirable.
• Military experience with leadership roles (NCO or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Armed security response: Serve as an armed agent prepared to handle lethal force situations on campus.
• Armed security response: Provide immediate response to safety and security incidents on the property.
• Client support: Coordinate with management to address building needs and fulfill client service requests.
• Client support: Ensure the secure arrival and departure of the client(s).
• Emergency monitoring: Oversee building emergency systems (fire alarms, weather alerts) and ensure prompt reporting and response.
• Access control: Supervise ingress and egress during peak hours to prevent unauthorized access.
• Property sweeps: Conduct thorough daily sweeps of parking structures, stairwells, and buildings to ensure property security before and after operational hours.
• Additional requirements: Attend annual training and assessment including Use of Force, Legal, less-lethal weapons employment, CPR/First Aid, De-escalation, Defensive Tactics; maintain high fitness levels.
