Job summary

Loomis is seeking an Armed Driver Guard in Knoxville to securely transport cash, coin, and valuables on designated routes. You will service ATMs and deposits and handle cargo with care in a secure working environment.

Training on a Total Protection System vehicle yields $21.85/hr when operating TPS units, and Loomis covers security and firearms qualifications, licensing and permitting, with full-time hours typically 40–50 per week.

Qualifications

• Armed Driver Guard requires the ability to obtain Medical Examiners Certificate.
• Candidates must have a valid firearms permit or meet state firearms requirements.
• Minimum 3-year driving record is indicated in requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive armored vehicles on designated routes servicing customer locations.
• Service ATMs and Smart Safes.
• Deliver customer change orders and pick up deposits.
• Load/unload cargo including bags and boxes of coins.
• Count items, record, and sign for cargo.
