Job summary

Loomis is seeking an Armed Driver Guard to safely and securely pick up and deliver cash, coins, and valuables on designated routes. You will work with a team to service customers, load and unload cargo, and count items with accurate recordkeeping from armored vehicles.

Full-time, hourly position with potential weekend work. A valid firearms permit and DOT medical certification eligibility are required to perform this safety‑critical role.

Qualifications

• HPE is required as part of the qualification process.
• Must be able to obtain Medical Examiners Certificate per DOT.
• Firearms license/permit required or ability to meet state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive automatic armored vehicles on designated routes servicing customer locations.
• Service ATMs and Smart Safes.
• Deliver deposits and change orders; load/unload cargo.
• Count items, record, and sign for cargo items.

Skills

Valid firearms permit

Clean driving record 3 years

DOT medical exam eligibility
