Job summary

Loomis is seeking an Armed Driver Guard in New York to join a team responsible for the safe pickup and delivery of cash, coins and valuables. The role includes driving armored vehicles on designated routes, servicing ATMs, and handling deposits with strict safety procedures.

Required are 21+ years of age, a minimum 3-year driving record, ability to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate, and a valid firearms permit or the ability to meet state firearms requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3 years of driving record.
• Ability to obtain Medical Examiner's Certificate via DOT medical examiners.
• Must have a valid firearms permit or be able to meet firearms requirements for the state. Field training and licensing may be provided by Loomis.

Responsibilities

• Drive automatic armored vehicles on designated routes servicing customer locations.
• Service ATMs and Smart Safes.
• Deliver customer change orders and pick up deposits.
• Load/unload cargo including bags and coins, count items and sign for cargo.
