Job summary

Loomis Armored Eureka location is seeking an Armed Driver Guard to ensure secure pickup and delivery of cash, coins, and valuables on designated routes in Eureka, CA. The role emphasizes safety and adherence to security procedures within air-conditioned vehicles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driving record (3 years).
• Ability to obtain Medical Examiner's Certificate via DOT medical exam.
• Must have a valid firearms permit or be able to meet state firearms requirements.
• Willingness to become TPS certified at the company’s expense if requested.

Responsibilities

• Drive automatic armored vehicles on designated routes servicing customer locations.
• Service ATMs and Smart Safes.
• Service customer stops, delivering change orders and picking up deposits.
• Load/unload vehicle cargo, including bags and boxes of coins.
• Count items, record, and sign for cargo items.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
