Job summary

Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking an Armed Diplomatic Security Officer to join an elite security team protecting high-value assets and diplomats. The role emphasizes vigilance, teamwork, and adherence to strict security protocols.

Candidates must be U.S. citizens, 21+, with a HS diploma or GED, and be able to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance. A driver’s license and strong English proficiency are required for on-site assignments nationwide.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen and 21+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Bachelor's degree in security or related field OR Associate's degree in criminal justice or security with related experience OR military experience or armed/unguarded security background.
• Willingness to work in client sites, indoors or outdoors, with flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Protect diplomats and critical assets as part of an elite security team.
• Operate across multiple U.S. locations in accordance with contract requirements.
• Maintain readiness for varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Comply with all security procedures and training programs including clearance requirements.
