Job summary

Brink’s is seeking a CDL Driver to safely operate armored vehicles for pickups and deliveries in Aurora, CO. The role requires adherence to security procedures and firearm/guard licensing requirements in an armed environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining vehicle safety, communicating with dispatch, and delivering valuables while providing excellent customer service in a regulated, fast-paced setting. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience as a commercial driver.
• CDL A or B license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Meet all applicable DOT requirements.
• Valid firearms permit or ability to obtain firearms licensing.
• Valid guard card or ability to obtain guard card.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety, security and control of the armored vehicle at all times.
• Guard the Messenger during delivery or pickup of valuables at customer locations.
• Maintain radio communication with Messenger/dispatch personnel.
• Load and unload the armored vehicle as necessary.
• Report faults and complete driving route documentation.
• Ensure vehicle interior and exterior cleanliness; report issues.
• Provide high level customer service to Brink’s customers and assist in movement of valuables.
• Adhere to all DOT and traffic regulations.
