Qualifications

• Be aware of surroundings and maintain visibility while patrolling areas.
• Deter, de-escalate, and resolve incidents with a focus on safety and service.
• Maintain emergency response readiness and coordinate with authorities when needed.
• Secure and transfer money as required for events and bank visits.
• Complete required training and maintain CLEET-licensed armed security credentials.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of your surroundings and circulate among visitors, students, and staff to keep order and protect personnel and property.
• Deter, de-escalate, and resolve any issues while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Stop any active or potential threat using appropriate force if necessary.
• Contact emergency services in cases of injury, fire, break-ins, or unauthorized persons.
• Observe all safety rules and school/church policies; perform clerical tasks as needed.
• Secure and transfer money to and from the bank, accounting, and events.
• Maintain skillsets through continued training.
