Job summary

Cone Health in Burlington, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care under general supervision, coordinating care through the nursing process and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

The RN will assess patient needs, develop care plans, administer medications, reconcile records, evaluate responses, and participate in ongoing professional nursing practice to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
• 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse is required.
• 1 year in a clinical specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursing organizations is preferred.
• License: Registered Nurse in North Carolina or a Compact state; BLS CPR required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in the assigned unit to ensure direct and proper care.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
