• Determines number and types of workers needed to accomplish projects; reallocates resources as needed.
• Implements corrective actions to resolve work problems and reviews scheduling and budgeting needs.
• Sets performance standards and performs subordinate appraisals; may promote or reassign staff.
• Ensures safety, security, and environmental requirements are complied with.
