Job summary

The Cigna Group's Evernorth Health Services is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) for our Arlington TX health center. The LVN supports providers, coordinates care, administers orders, and educates patients while handling vital signs and chart updates in EMR.

This role requires a Texas LVN license, current BCLS, and at least one year of clinic experience. Strong customer service, teamwork, and time management are essential to deliver high-quality member care.

Qualifications

Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Texas.
At least one year LVN experience in a clinic or physician's office.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and assist in care plan development and coordination.
Assist in implementing physician orders and follow-up, medication refills and patient education.
Coordinate with front office to schedule appointments and meetings.
Communicate with providers and departments to resolve issues.
Set up members for procedures, obtain vital signs and document in EMR.
Maintain exam room supplies and equipment.
