Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of business analysis experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow and GitHub to manage workflows and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Develops, coordinates, tracks, and manages multiple projects of varying sizes.
• Supports cross-functional teams including application development, IT operations, and information security.
• Documents and coordinates user acceptance testing with SMEs.
• Documents and tracks changes, risks, and issues through resolution.
• Meets with stakeholders to elicit business, functional, and technical requirements.
