Job summary

Acentra Health is seeking a Clinical Reviewer licensed in Arkansas to join our remote team serving the Arkansas Behavioral Health program. You will review medical records, perform prior authorization and retrospective reviews, and collaborate with Clinical Director to ensure medical necessity and compliance.

Qualified candidates hold an active Arkansas license in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology, with 2+ years in behavioral health and UR/UM experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Arkansas licensure in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Behavioral health experience with utilization reviews or case management.
• Ability to handle HIPAA confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records against criteria and contract requirements.
• Complete prior authorization, continued stay, and retrospective reviews.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director, team supervisor, and Medical Director on medical necessity and policy updates.
• Educate and support Behavioral Health providers on processes and compliance.
• Maintain client privacy and ensure adherence to HIPAA and regulatory standards.
