Integrated Psych Solutions (IPS) in Arizona seeks an Arizona-licensed master's-level therapist (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our outpatient practice. This hybrid, telehealth-first role offers flexible scheduling and no on-call, with an initial caseload of 10–20 patients per week.

You will deliver individual therapy in a structured outpatient setting with full administrative, scheduling, and billing support — so you can focus on clinical work.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona license as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in good standing.
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• 2+ years outpatient experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct intake assessments and deliver evidence-based individual therapy primarily via telehealth with optional in-person sessions.
• Develop and manage treatment plans tailored to patient goals (anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment, transitions).
• Document clearly in the electronic health record.
• Collaborate with IPS providers and referral partners to coordinate care.
• Maintain continuity of care and monitor progress over time.
• Participate in peer consultation as needed.

About the Role

IPS is seeking a Arizona-licensed master's-level therapist (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our outpatient practice serving Arizona patients. This is a hybrid role that is telehealth-first — you will primarily deliver care remotely, with optional in-person opportunities available based on your preference and patient need. We offer both part-time and full-time arrangements, with a starting caseload of approximately 10–20 patients per week depending on your availability. You will provide individual therapy in a structured outpatient setting with full administrative, scheduling, and billing support — so you can focus on the clinical work.

• Active Arizona license as an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), in good standing
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field
• 2+ years of outpatient experience preferred
