Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Layer 2 switching protocols and Layer 3 routing protocols in enterprise settings.
• Deep knowledge of Arista technologies, including Spine and Leaf architecture and CloudVision.
• Proven ability to configure and troubleshoot TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, HSRP, and VRRP at enterprise scale.
• Strong Wi-Fi design and troubleshooting experience.
• Multi-vendor exposure across Cisco, HP, Aruba, Juniper, and Arista platforms.
• Familiarity with SDN and SD-WAN deployment patterns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support network refresh projects and new technology deployments spanning switches, routers, and wireless infrastructure.
• Design and troubleshoot Wi‑Fi solutions across enterprise environments.
• Contribute to SD-WAN rollouts and Cisco Catalyst Center (DNAC) deployments.
• Maintain and update network documentation, including diagrams, standards, and implementation records.
• Mentor junior engineers and assist with bill of materials generation, turning designs into executable implementation plans.
• Work standard business hours with occasional evening or weekend support as project needs dictate.
