Qualifications

• Greet guests in dining room and take food and beverage orders following steps of service.
• Deliver food promptly and professionally; maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Advise guests on menu items, ingredients, and allergen information; accommodate reasonable requests.
• Communicate with back-of-house staff to ensure correct orders and special requests.
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork; stay flexible with guests and staff.
• Collect tickets and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Promote a clean, safe, and neat dining environment.
• Maintain confidentiality of personal or medical information.
• Address complaints promptly and relay to supervisor.
• Ensure dining room is set up before and after service; keep area clean.
• Operate equipment such as telephones, beverage machines, and coffee machines.
• Collaborate with other departments during special events.
