Job summary

Lone Star Cowboy Church Arena is seeking a dependable arena maintenance worker to keep the arena, grounds, equipment, and livestock areas safe and presentable for rodeos, church events, and clinics.

You will operate tractors and arena equipment, perform daily safety checks, maintain pens and fences, and assist with setup and teardown for events. A passion for ranching and service is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
• Desire at least 2 years of ranch or rodeo experience.
• Experience maintaining and operating heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Arena & Ground Care: maintain footing, dust control, livestock areas.
• Heavy Equipment & Tool Management: operate tractors, trucks, drags; perform daily checks.
• Facility & Grounds Upkeep: keep barns, pens, spectator areas clean; safety inspections.
• Event Support & Operations: setup/teardown for ropings, rodeos, church events.
