Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3-6 years of experience in live events. Strong technical and creative skills in lighting programming and design are essential.

This position requires night and weekend availability, along with compliance with safety standards for specialty systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–6 years of professional lighting experience.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot various lighting equipment.
• Knowledge of safe practices regarding rigging and electricity.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and creative aspects of arena lighting systems.
• Develop and enforce venue lighting standards and procedures.
• Train and manage part-time lighting staff.
