Job summary

AEG Management Bakersfield is seeking Event Attendants to help clean and maintain the Dignity Health Arena, Theater & Convention Center during events. Responsibilities include restroom upkeep, floor care, trash management, and assisting with chair setting and crowd flow.

Training is provided and prior experience is preferred, with the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Training will be provided.
• Previous experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain restrooms before and during events.
• Maintain clean floors and trash cans during events; oversee cleanliness of the Arena, Theater and Convention Center.
• Sweep, mop, trash collection, setting chairs, restroom upkeep and spill cleaning; be patron friendly.
