Job summary

Associated Bank is seeking a Teller to provide exceptional customer service, process transactions accurately, and promote financial solutions at our Green Bay, Pulaski, and Shawano locations. You will grow banking knowledge within a collaborative team focused on integrity and community impact.

You will support branch operations, educate customers on digital tools, and refer potential opportunities to colleagues, with emphasis on delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Up to 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in retail banking, cash handling, or financial services preferred.

• Demonstrate and educate customers on digital and self-service banking tools.
• Collaborate with team members across multiple branches to ensure seamless service.

Education & Experience Required

High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience

Up to 2 years of demonstrated customer service experience
