Job summary

Associated Bank is hiring an Area Teller Specialist to deliver friendly, accurate service across multiple branches within the market. You will process transactions, educate customers on banking products, and refer opportunities to banking partners to grow relationships.

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of teller or cash-handling experience, with strong communication and reliability for travel.

Education & Experience

Required

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of teller experience or equivalent cash-handling experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and operational skills.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between multiple branch locations as needed.

Preferred

• Experience supporting operations across multiple branch locations.
• Experience identifying customer needs and making service or product referrals.
• Familiarity with digital banking tools and customer education.
