Job summary

Associated Banc-Corp is seeking a diligent teller to provide friendly and accurate service across multiple branch locations. You will help customers with transactions, identify needs, and refer opportunities to partners for financial solutions.

The role requires traveling between branches to support staffing and operations while promoting digital banking tools and a positive customer experience. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma and 2+ years of teller or cash-handling experience,

Education & Experience Required
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of teller experience or equivalent cash-handling experience.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and operational skills.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between multiple branch locations as needed.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience supporting operations across multiple branch locations.
  • Experience identifying customer needs and making service or product referrals.
  • Familiarity with digital banking tools and customer education.

$17.00 - $24.06 per hour
